5th Annual ChurchMedia Convention June 17-20, 2009 in Orlando, Florida SPECIAL THIS YEAR In cooperation with Technologies for Worship Magazine, registration for the CMN convention will offer: * access to the InfoComm Exhibit floor * workshops in the Worship Pavilion * ability to participate in vendor tours - special meetings with vendors to deal with topics of interest SCHEDULE (highly accurate, but evolving) Tuesday, June 16 Evening: "Early Birds" gather for Dinner & Socializing Wednesday & Thursday - June 17 & 18 AM & Afternoon: Workshops & Exhibits Evening: Seminars & Plenary Friday - June 19 AM to mid-Afternoon: Workshops & Exhibits Late Afternoon: Seminars Evening: Seminars & Plenary Saturday - June 20 AM: Seminars & Plenary Noon: The Annual CMN Banquet! JARGON CLARIFICATION Workshops = 'classes' in the Worship Pavilion at InfoComm. These are coordinated by TFWM and are often vendor-driven. Seminars = 'classes' at the CMN Convention venue. These are coordinated by CMN. These will include some large lecture and small group options. Plenary = Worship, Speaker, and Fun (Games, Giveaways, Entertainment, etc.) InfoComm = The world's largest convention of Audio Visual (media) professionals. IT'S OUR CONVENTION TOGETHER! There is intentionally room for flexibility. We may replace one scheduled Seminar time with a special event or schedule alternative activities during the daytime for those who want a break from InfoComm. Additionally, fellow CMN'ers are often happy to set up a custom seminar to cover a topic of interest. You can join the discussion and help steer the convention!
