Presentation Manager has a slide builder mode where you can either add a plain text box or a HTML text box. These allow you to create text formatted exactly how you want.

All the best - Richard.

PS. It might be useful to see the note below posted earlier about security settings and PowerPoint macros.

MediaShout come with the Good News Bible included.
(maybe it wasn't included with the evaluation version?)

There's a note in the MS forums that they're negotiating for an NIV-UK license, but that note is a year old.

Ah, I'd missed that they had the GNB - thanks. (Evaluation versions rarely come with copyrighted Bible versions, but I had missed the GNB in the list on MediaShout's site.) At present I use the GNB text from http://www.biblija.net/ (Bible Society of Slovenia - curious but true) to produce PowerPoint.

I gather that MediaShout does come with the option of a UK spell checker which would catch the most obvious (but not all) of the differences between US and UK versions of the NIV.

Must take another look at MediaShout. But really I can't see how they expect to be taken seriously in the UK market without the NIV-UK.

Best wishes,

Richard
