An extra projection computer license for Song Show Plus is about $100.00. My home pc and notebook both are work stations for free. Other than the watermark they are fully functional.

I'v used Sunday Plus for over 2 years. It is currently site licensed to run on any number of computers as long as the presentation is to be used in one worship site.

However the new version is not suppose to use that licensing model. But the new version won't be out for a while.

There is a good free presentation program available. It's simple, but works fine and will play powerpoint files like Sunday Plus and most others. Check out http://www.indezine.com/freepath/

Sunday Plus does have one annoying bug. Sometimes a PPT file will hang up the program. Need to close and restart. However, if you test a PPT it before the service and it works, it will work through the entire service - always. Another annoying thing is that they have been promising a new version for 2 years and it has not materialized yet. I do think it eventually will.

EasyWorship packs song lyrics, still backgrounds, powerpoints, still images into the schedule automatically, but you have to select the option to pack videos into the schedule when saving the schedule to get videos to pack.

EasyWorship does come with a site license allowing anyone in the church to use it for building services at home along with any computer in the church building.
