| Best deal on Windows 7? So apparently MS only offers 501(c) discounts on Windows 7 upgrades but not full version. The Pro upgrade with the discount is only $60, but Pro full is $280. Is it's MS policy to not offer a discount on any full OS or can you buy a discounted full XP or Vista and then upgrade? Also, the System Builders version is much cheaper. What do you have to do to qualify for that? Basically, what is the cheapest way to put Windows 7 Pro on our new computer build? Thanks for your help!   |
