Computer Laptop for a growing church.

Hello,

I was wondering what laptop would be the best fit for my church. We need a few things:

A good sound card. (if not a firewire port for firewire solo)

Space for these softwares:
Microsoft office
Pro tools M-powered
Church Software
Opera
Alot of music

We are also thinking of doing a live broadcast in the future I dont know what you need in a laptop for that.

Also a port that has extra monitor kinda thing to connect the projector to.

If you need to know anything else tell me. Also PC would be preferible.

Thank you and God bless,
DC

Welcome aboard, DC.

Is there a reason you need a laptop? You can get a lot more machine for less money in a desktop or tower.

Most Laptops do have a second VGA out for the projector. More are coming with HDMI out.

I've not had good luck with Dell lately, for PC's I've switched to HP. I'm now using a MAC Book with a windows partition (it runs windows better then a pc - so far).
Big Hard Drives - lots of memory (video and ram) will also be necessary.
I've got a portable drive stuck to my LCD pannel with velcro, graphics use lots of storage.
