Hi there,
Just visited the website and i loved it. i believe you have done a fantastic job as far as design and content goes. although i am not too crazy about the fact that youtube is hosting your video. i understand it might be because of bandwidth problems and limitations but hosting the video on your website will be a lot better. i would recommend jwplayer. it is free and light weight.
But over all you have done a fantastic job.
