Streaming Plan

Hello All,
Like so many of you I have been asked to get our services streaming. We currently have been placing our sermons online after a day or two for viewing. I record the service to dvd from an old GX2B JVC and then convert the dvd video to avi with DVDZIP and take it into Camtaisa for conversion to Flash.
Here is the plan. Let me know if I have missed anything.
Take the GX2B and mount it as a fixed camera. Add a used JVC DV500 as an operated camera. Go into a switcher with S-Video from both cameras. Run the S-Video into the Deck Link Studio capture card. Use Flash Media Encoder to convert the video. Stream the video to Watershed or Ustream.
Plan is to get a nice fast tower. Lots of storage and ram. DSL upload speed tests consistently at 645kbps.
Think I can get this much for about $5k to $6k and $50 a month?
