Vision Statment for av department

Hi.
Ive been asked to write a vision statment & job description for all the departments in our av team. was wondering if anyone else had an example, or have dont this for there church's meadia team.
basicly it needs the vision of the department then the role of that department then the tasks needed to be completed on the sunday for that department.
this way when we have new people joining the team we have a statment saying this is wat we expect from u if u r goting ot join thins team.
if anyone have any suggestions or help , would be much help!
REVOLUTION!

We are know as SaLT, the Sound and Light Team.

Our motto is just enough to enhance, not too much so that we overpower (or cause high blood pressure).

Hi John,

We're looking to put together an AV policy - for usage of equipment and to head off any edgy content requests. You mentioned a mission statement for AV... Just wondered if you had any guidelines that also helped protect your AV crew. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give!

Thanks!
