Church Media Reading

Our church is going through a debt reduction campain. If this works and our debt is eleminated our church would have an extra 30,000 a month to spend on ministry instead of loan payment.
To get ready for this each ministy has been asked to think of what they could accomplish with a peice of that 30,000. It's not about bells, whistles and new toys but about expanding our influence and reach.

In light of that I would like to read a book or two to reference when I make my recommendations. Any idea's for books that deal with technology in the church?

A side note - we already have a strong tech team so I'm not looking for the typical "starting a tech ministry" book. I'm looking for something to offer a new insight to what can be accomplished.

Thanks!
Jonathan

Not sure I understand the full tone of your question-

Beyond just starting a tech team, you end up focusing on what you do and how you do it. Midnight Oil has great books on catching a vision and how to successfully implement them...
