robotic cameras

I would like to know what cables I would need to connect robotic cameras to a computer and would I need a new audio/video card to capture audio and video for internet.

It really depends on the cameras and pan/tilts. I used some in 2000-2001 that needed twisted pair for control and rg6 for video and ccu. For capture we used a converter to take composite and make it mini-dv over firewire.

It can be done over a single network connection (wired or wireless), but you probably wouldn't want to use that kind of camera (mostly security cams) for that purpose.
