Webcam for connecting missionary and congregation

Hello community, I am new to this site but hope I can find some help. We would like to use a program like Skype to connect our congregation of about 120 people to a missionary via a webcam mounted at the ceiling and front wall joint that would view our congregation and broadcast our missionary's signal on our computer projector onto our large screen. Surely someone has set up something like this. What camera would work good for a large field of vision and maybe be wireless so I wouldn't have to run 50' of cable? Any ideas, suggestions and cautions would be appreciated. Thanks for the help.

You already have a computer set up to your projector to show the missionary to the church on the screen correct?

Why not connect a laptop with a webcam and set it on the podium and connect a microphone to it so the missionary can see and hear the people?

Phil, thanks for the simple suggestion. I imagaine it would work fine, I was looking for a more permanent installation so we could utilize it more often, but maybe I am making this too hard. We'll see.
