I added a pic but it's dark and it doesn't do anything except show you my layout in the control room.
Can you give us some closeup pictures with the light on so that we can see exactly what you have? Also if you show us the back of every piece of equipment then we can better understand what your equipment is capable of doing. You don't have to take your configuration completely apart but perhaps you can slide the table back far enough to get your camera behind it and take some snapshots.

Also I'm finding that every sunday I'm having to Re-Adjust color at what not...
That's normal. It's part of pre-production procedures where the equipment has to be tested and adjusted ahead of time. The equipment is made up of plastic and other composite materials that expand and contract with the changes in temperature and humidity of the room. We operate our broadcast equipment 2-3 times a week and every single time we have to make adjustments.

Blackburst generator is of no use really in your current situation, unless you have a bigger vision switcher and a frame sync or two sitting around.

Like Ted said; most people would white balance or color match their rig at least everyday they use it. At work we to it every time we move to a different set.

The amplifiers, what are they powering currently?

Pictures

Heres some more pictures of the equiptment I have. I couldn't really get the backs because we are wired in pretty hard. If you look up the type of equipment I have it should show you the capability. We pulled all of this equiptment out of a news room so I'm not sure theres anything we can't do.

I also just found out we ar re-locating the studio to a new location (Another office Larger) and I would love the right Schematic to re-set it up.. I really appreciate all the help you are giving me! IT's awesome!

Then that would be the perfect opportunity to take the rear photos. When you start removing the equipment from your current room, that will give you the ability to have front and back pics of every single piece of equipment. Then we can assemble all of the rear photos together in a collage and draw a diagram that will overlay the photos.

Until then, don't be afraid to disassemble your configuration. That's one of the best methods of learning how to put your system together. If you are concerned about getting the right cable back into the right connection then you could simply label the cables and the equipment as you take things loose.
