Kramer 2x2 matrix switcher

For my church we have 2 laptops one for the words and the other for video or powerpoint using the kramer 2x2 matrix switcher, running to monitors on the stage for the singers and to the projector for the congregation. We're having a problem when switching the signal to the projector from one laptop to another, the projector takes about 20 seconds to switch. I'm looking for someting to seamless switch between the 2 laptops so we don't get this 20 seconds of the projector making up its mind. I've seen the kramer presenation switchers but we only need for 2 vga inputs.

I would recommend buying presentation software such as ProPresenter that allows you to do everything from within the software, eliminating the need for a hardware switch.

There are a few FREE programs that do this as well, I've been using OpenLP and version 1.9.9, the current one is slick....
