Kramer VP-728 connecting to MX-20

Anyone have any ideas on how to connect the output from a Kramer Scaler VP 728 into the Panasonic MX-20 Switcher?

Using the Kramer to switch between the computer and DVD player. It would be nice to get that into the video as well.

Thanks.....TP

I believe the WJ-MX20 inputs are composite video or Y/C (S-Video) only and the VP-728 outputs are RGBHV/VGA and HDMI, so you would need to insert a device to downconvert either the VP-728 VGA or HDMI output to composite video or S-Video. Then use the composite or S-Video out of the WJ-MX20 to display any of the MX20 sources.

There are devices that will perform the downconversion, however a computer image that is scaled in the VP-728, scan converted to composite video or S-Video, switched through the MX20 and run as composite or S-Video into the projector is virtually guaranteed to look nowhere near as good as if you ran the VP-728 VGA or HDMI output directly to the projector.
