Free or Low-cost video mixer software?

If it exists, I'm in need of a video mixing program. I want to run two cameras from my computer but use the mixing software to choose which camera is active at any given time. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Awesome. Got it installed and works great. Too bad it doesn't work with both of my cameras but I need to upgrade it anyway.
