Echolab Opera...anyone knowledgeable?

Hello everyone,

First, thanks for any responses/help!

We have had quite a few problems with our Echolab Identity 4 control panel and Opera switcher. This past Sunday it wouldn't even turn on. We had to record a single raw camera feed. Since Echolab is out of business, no local companies have been able to help us at all and even when contacting Black Magic Design (the company that bought Echolab) they state that there is zero support for any Echolab products.

Well, someone out there knows how to troubleshoot/work on our Echolab unit. Anyone here? Or do you know anyone? Any direction would be great.

With no legacy support from Blackmagic, you may want to find another unit for parts/cards and raid it until you can replace it.

Hey Chris, we actually did figure it out. We'd love to upgrade to HD in the future and I'll keep you in mind when we are ready to sell. Thanks for reaching out!

Thank you for your response. I had worked at Echolab for many years prior to taking my new position. We do try to help in anyway we can with the echolab customers. if you need any support in the future we will do all we can to help.
