Switcher Recommendations

I am helping a church implement video to their services and am looking for any help. They have a modest budget of $5,000 to get started. What we'd like to be able to do is purchase one camera / tripod, a switcher & iMac within that $5,000 budget.

Here's what I'd like to be able to happen. Connect the church's PC (with Mediashout) as one input along with the camera to the switcher. We would be able to switch between the sermon slides and the pastor. I'd like the output of the switcher to be connected to the iMac and record straight to the hard drive through FCP. (Would this mean I would need a Firewire or USB out on the switcher?)

Any recommendations on inexpensive switchers that could work in this type of setup?

Because I am a non-broadcast video producer, I have very limited knowledge of switchers, etc. Any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Hi you can try the BlackMagic Atem Production Switcher.the Range from $995 to $4999 depends how many input you needed and what input you need! it can suppport HD-SDI And HDMI.and with USB Out H.264 for live Broadcast! and can control with PC Or Mac using software. and if really out of budget you can buy the Hardware Controller later( Atem Broadcast Panel)
