Panasonic WJ-MX30 ?

I am very new to all of this, but our church just put in a video recording system, and we are having a couple of issues. We did not experience any of these issues until we added a Panasonic WJ-MX30 video mixer. The two issues are there is large black line going through the picture on all outputs from it is located about threee quarters of the way up the picture. The other issue is that the picture on the output is very jumpy. We have three inputs one from our projector and runs through a vga to composite converter. The other two are sony- evid30 ptz cameras. I have no idea how to begin to fix this issue. Please help.

Is there any way to take a photo of the screen or make a recording of it to post online?

Why are you sending a signal from your projector into your switcher? Just curious. Should it not be coming out of your switcher into your projector? Or is this what you meant?

Adjust the refresh rate on you computer generating graphics for the projector. Should match your video rate (ie: 60hz) of the cameras.

You are converting the VGA directly to composite and then feeding both
your projector and switcher using what splitter? RCA Y cable? How long
a cable to projector? Projector plugged in the SAME AC outlet as switcher?
