Video Demodulator

Does anyone know where I can get a rack mountable video demodulator? I am currently sending the video and audio signals to my remote locations via coax cable where the TV's are tuned to channel 3 at each location.

Right now I am at the point to where we are installing projectors in some of these remote locations and I am using a VCR to demodulate the signal so that I can send composite video up to it and the audio to the sound system.

I want something that is a little more professional and static so that any time the projector is turned on at a remote location, whoever is using it can get the signal without having to adjust the settings on the VCR.

Cost isn't much of an issue as we need something that will work every time without technical intervention from our staff.
