Cheap streaming solution

I am looking for a video capture card that will work with ustream that is under 50 dollars and has a coax input would run off our in house system that runs on channel 37 for video

Depending on your computer and technical knowledge either of these will work (one requires a PCI Express slot, the other is just usb)

Both are highly rated and below $50. They are TV tuner cards, so you can choose any channel you want to capture
