New Video Distribution and Signage System for Growing Church

I need some help. I have been assigned as the team leader for our video distribution and signage system for our growing church. We currently have CAT5 in the sanctuary running to 2 projectors and a stage monitor. Other than that, we have a CAT5 and wifi network in house. We want to be able to place announcements along with live stream from the sanctuary on the devices hooked up. We have a limited budget (less than $10,000). Any help/ideas would be great. Side Note, I have very little experience when it comes to video distribution systems, so please either explain the real technical stuff, or dumb it down for me. Thanks.
