Bash Network Camera - Mpeg 4 not playing

Hey guys,

I have a problem, I've installed (2) Panasonic BB-HCM547A Network Cameras on the outside of the church building.
This past Monday we had a serious incident across the street from the church that I need to see on the camera.

When I go back to look at the Mpeg 4 video from the camera at the specific time of the incident, I get an error message when it tries to play.

If I download the video, it automatically opens in windows media player but says there is an audio codec problem. Sharp G.276 is supposed to fix the problem.

Does anyone one know any viewer software or any method of seeing this video from the camera? The Mpeg 4 video?

Please advise if so - Thanks!

Btw, it's very important that I get this video off of the camera.

Have you tried VLC? And possibly installing a codec pack?
