Faster Setup for video production and distribution

Hi,

We are currently looking into how to improve the speed of our CD/DVD production. Currently we record on DVD via a DVD player then it is finalized and sent downstairs to a duplicator that spits out 10 at a time, we then print customized labels on the DVDS and test to make sure that it recorded correctly. Is there to have this all done through a software via say the network where it records on a pc from a live feed and the file stored on a hard drive etc? HELP !!!

We here at Kingdom manufacture our own duplicators and re always being asked how to make the CD/DVDs as fast as possible. The fastest method is to pre-print your discs. Now we offer a bulk printing service but it sounds like you guys print a different label every time. So my advice is to get something like the Primera Brave Xi 4100 Printer. Then first thing in the morning, get the title of the sermon and start printing discs. Have a minimum quantity you are going to print and stick to it. Then if you need to duplicate faster we have an expandable 9 copy duplicator. You just daisy chain them together and can have up to 119 copies being made at once.
