After Effects.. Some times blender.

This one is from blender. A side project from another church here in SD.

Great Video! How much time do you have invested in a project like that?

Hi Dan,

I have about five hours in the graphics for the "ITs Time" video above. Then just showed up to the church with my Cannon Rebel for the video. That was a side project for a church that is not my fulltime church job.

For the second posted video "It's Time"... Just a few things.

I think there should be some subtle movement in the first few pieces of text that are in the quotation boxes. I don't know what the term is in blender, but it's called Wiggle in AE. Considering that you have nothing else moving in the back or foreground, once your camera stops, you have a static shot. Not always visually interesting.

Also, the pieces of white text with the shadow behind them are kind of harder to read. The shadow should be blurred a bit more, and maybe even increase the depth of field of the whole shot just to make the foreground really pop. Also that solid white tends to disappear into the highlights in the textured background.

The "Old Film"-like effect that you have while the pastor is speaking is a bit too aggressive and distracting. It needs to be more like random jittering, not with such consistent timing.

Having said that, I haven't touched a 3D program, so it's more than I could do in Blender! Keep up the good work.
