Example of low cost high quality production

Hey guys,

I thought you may want to see what production value is possible with relatively low cost HD cameras (Sony PMWEX3s), a talented crew, good lighting and set. Below is a link to the premiere episode of “On the Verge” a brand new technology show from the former Executive Producers, Host and talent of AOL’s Webby award winning “Engadget” show.

The guest on this episode is Matias Duarte, Director of Android operating system User Experience at Google (starting at about 14:05 into the show). They also demo a new camera technology called a “Lytro light field camera” which retains all light information in the data file allowing any viewer to manipulate the focus focal point when viewing the picture (starting at about 33:30 into the show). My personal favorite part of the show is the intro.
