EVI-D70 vs BRC-300 vs BRC-V330

We currently have a setup with 4 EVI-D70's. I'm not entirely happy with the quality. We haven't ruled out issues with lighting (cameras in the dark pointed toward stage with theatre style lighting) or connections (composite over RG6Quad).

However, I was looking at upgrade options for the cameras if it came to that. Two models that I've seen are the BRC300 and BRCV330. The 300 has 3 sensors and the 330 only has one, but it has the option of doing HD, if we ever move to it. What are your opinions of these cameras and how do they compare? I'm thinking we could start with upgrading one of the D70's for the primary shots and use the remaining secondary D70'd for supplemental. Too bad there's not a good way to "test drive" these cameras in your own environment.

Thoughts?
