Red face Sporadic display problem with 2 LCD TV's.

I'm currently using Song Show Plus as projection software on a Dell XPS 410. I have 100' vga cable coming off the DVI output from the video card. This is connected to a 4 port vga booster in the ceiling. 1 output goes to projector via 25' vga cable, 2 outputs go to two 42" Westinghouse LCD tv's via 25' VGA cable each and the last output runs a 100' vga cable back to sound booth and is connected to a 15" Dell monitor.(This allows us to see what is being projected.) We have been running this set-up for 3 years with no issues. In Dec. 2009, I had have a new graphics card installed in our PC. They no longer made the NVIDIA 512MB card I had so I upgraded to a NVIDIA 1gig card. Ever since this new card has been installed we are having problems with both TV's blinking in and out. It appears they are loosing input signal. The problems is very random and sometimes it can be 2-3 weeks between problems. What has us scratching our heads is we are not having any problems with the projector and/or the 15" dell monitor.
I was considering putting another VGA booster at the back of PC, but was uncertain if this would cause other problems instead of helping. Does anyone have any suggestions what could be causing this and how to fix it?

I agree with your diagnostics. If you can get to the booster in the ceiling, I'd check the connections there.

But it may be easier to add another booster in behind the computer to make that first 100' push. It may be that the 42" TVs need a bit more signal than the projector or monitor.

But that's just a guess.

I'm fairly certain that adding a second VGA booster at the PC end will solve your issues.
Have you tried taking the secondary monitor up to the VGA DA in the celing and trying it there?

We come out of our cards DVI. Those go to 3' DVI to HDMI cables. Then to a 1:2 HDMI Splitter then to a pair of HDMI Extenders that go 110 feet over Cat6e network cable. Then they go through the receiver box that comes out hdmi to the TVs - 65" Sharps

Works great and is very inexpensive. I get all the stuff new from eBay.
