Adding one or 2 LCDs

OK, I looked at what we have and our current system is a computer that sends via VGA to a projector.
We would like to add 2-3 LCD screens for our overflow and maybe one more for our narthex.
  1. If they all will run the same picture, what do we need? (VGA splitter, better video card, etc)
  2. If the one in the Narthex were to be a video feed of the service from a camera, what do we need to run for that.
  3. Any other basic ideas we should look at for this? Our church is very slow in getting current, but we are trying.
We will be looking at Mediashout or Easyworship to run the service. We will try the demo's when I get a person who wants to spend a little time with it.
What cable should we run is VGA the best or should we use S-video?

Thanks,

Phil

Use a VGA splitter to send signal to the LCDs. I would use VGA baluns over cat-5 to send the signal. Then i would use component baluns over Cat-5 to run from the camera to the narthex lcd.

Check out Ed Qual's "Just Add Power" video broadcast products which will allow switching between sources for the LCD's so that the Narthex, nursery or other remote locations can have the benefit of both a camera view and the projection view for sermon notes, etc.
