Source for LCD monitors

Our church is looking at a larger facility that we may purchase in the near future. We would like to be able to have a triple screen video system in the future, but will start with just one screen. I am considering going with LCD's but don't know of a source to get large enough monitors. I think we would need an minimum of 96" widescreen. Is there any reason why we should use projectors rather than LCD's, and what kind of cable would be best HDMI, DVI, VGA, ect? Thank you

Most of us couldn't afford an LCD monitor that large.

Looking at Samsung's product line they have an 82" LCD (Samsung 820DXn). Street price is about $50k.

If you want digital quality, go either DVI or HDMI. Since you won't need to run the sound to the projector (or panel), DVI would be sufficient.

Hyundai IT's 80" LCD lists at just over $74k. That's a lot of $$.
You could get multiple high quality proper lumen projectors for the price of an LCD the size you're looking at.
If you're in Auburn, IN., I was down your way just last week delivering product to Elwood. I like the Auburn-Cord-Deusenburg Museum.

Ok, I guess I need to re-evaluate. I will have to look at good screens and projectors. Cory I live in New York not Indiana. Auburn is at the tip of one of the finger lakes in western NY. Very beautiful this time of year. We have alot of interesting history here.

You're not so far away. I make a couple of trips to Niagara Falls each year to visit a manufacturer. That part is pretty nice, so you must be close to heaven
