| See if any of you can whip up a thematic design for a theoretical topic of "Scars" -- physical scars from injuries, surgeries or self-abuse, mental scars, and finally Jesus' scars and how they can heal the pain, but the scars can remain. Nothing too gruesome. You can come up with an analogy or just an image of some kind with the word "Scars" (using a cat-like scratch font). psd is very preferable -- 300dpi -- CMYK if possible. I'll be using the design to produce a set of media for the creative class. Thanks for your help! |

| Scars always remind me of Frankenstein Given that this is a class, it might be fun to use some classic horror film characters like good old Franky. This would let you play with some black/white images and some color effects. From a thematic perspective, dealing with ones inner monster could also tie into the whole scars thing.

| Try again... Here's my submission... it's 8x10, 300 dpi, CMKY color. The hand is stock from sxc.hu... the rest I did in PS CS using some brushes and some creativity. ![]() I do think Don's is better for an overall image though.
