| Easter 2011 - Stations of the Cross So...I'm currently working too many hours on our Christmas service and in my free time, trying to get ahead of the curve for Easter. This year, we've decided to do a 'stations of the cross' theme (pastors approved). We'll probably merge a couple of stations together, but essentially we're going to have scenes and actors for each station and then Pastor walking through each one. (we're in HS for Easter so plenty of room) We're considering having the pastor take someone along with him (think Scrooge and angel through scenes of his life - told you I'm still working on Christmas). It could be someone questioning / struggling, it could be a child, it could be different people he comes upon who need to focus on different theme. May even have a person in there strolling by singing ("Watch the Lamb") to merge 2 different stations. Anyone have any other ideas or ways we could improve this one? I have big idea meeting to round out the picture by 1st week in January. Thanks! |
