metaphor called Fresh Out of the Box

Has anyone ever used the metaphor called "Fresh Out of the Box" from Midnight Oil. I would like to see how you set up the service. And would also like to see the sermon outline

The MO guys talk about how they used it in church for several of their presentations - I know for sure it is on the training DVD. You might want to ask them directly for some more ideas.
