Optima DMX Master Controller

Does anyone have experience with this board? I've figured a lot out despite a poorly written 10 page manual...but I can't get the thing to fade between scenes.

Make sure you are not in program mode (a little dot in your display will be flashing, if so, hold down the program button - your lights will black out then you are in playback mode)


Bring up the fader labeled "fade time" to fade between your scenes.

Yeah, I'm doing that, but I got nothing. All scene changes are instantaneous. If I change to manual mode (opposed to auto) it will show me what the fade time is, so I know the channel itself is registering properly. But all scenes go on the button push.
