Your worship software should not fight you, but submit compliantly to your wishes. It may be worth upgrading to the latest version of EasyWorship and/or exploring other options to see if they do thing more in the manner you would like them done.

On the latest version already actually. EW has been buggy since I've been at this church before this new PC back when they were running EW 2007. We're used to it.

I'm thinking it might be because I forgot to set EW to run in compatibility mode after I reloaded the PC. I had it set for XP before and it seemed more stable then.

Another UPDATE: I'm thinking the PC is fixed by now. I was at the church last night doing a rehearsal or our annual Christmas Concert and the PC performed admirably without a hitch. I installed software, loaded videos, ran EW and the PC ran like a champ.

Looks like I just had a rash of bad brand new HDDs. I didn't see how it was possible but I suppose anything is.
