Sending Audio files

I need help fairly quick! I have a good friend who has been asked by a couple churches to send them audio files of his sermons for their review as they consider him to as a pastoral candidate.

The files are simply toooooo big to send an MP3 by email... So I was going to upload a video to youtube, since I have several that I have caught on my camera... I'm getting all kinds of problems trying to do this, infinate loop issues and all kinds of stupid errors...

So I need someone smarter than me to tell me how to make a audio file available to someone via email, internet, or simular method...

I was supposed to have had this done by 9/7/10 9:00am... I've spent the entire weekend trying and have failed... HELPPPPP

Use a free large file transfer service such as:
• Sendspace.com (300MB max)
• YouSendit.com (100MB max)
...if I recall free file size uploads correctly. These will have advertising windows pop up, and each individual file must be uploaded separately for the free service. An email link to download the file will be sent to email address you list with the upload.

I use YouSendIt.com all the time. The free account allows for files up to 100MB. The file is available for seven days. After that, it expires and must be uploaded once again.
