Where do you all host your sermons online?

We've been using PodBean and we just found a problem with them. Somehow, they cancelled our account with no notice - so now no sermons online. UGH!!

So, I figured I'd ask you all where do you host your sermon audio??

Thanks for your help!

Ann

I use www.libsyn.com. Plans start at $5 a month and you get a free podcast blog.

Being one of the web guys in addition to the sound-lights-video guy, I stick 'em on our webserver. We're archived about a year back. Which reminds me, I still need to work last week's and this week's sermons.

We put them on our own server, too - We use a flash component called Wimpy Player (http://wimpyplayer.com/), which takes all the mp3 files in a folder on the web server and lists them to play. It even generates a podcast feed. Buying the big package includes videos in the same manner. The process is as simple as uploading your files into a certain directory on your website.

...It was cheap, but I understand that there's free flash components doing the same thing now.

We just started podcasting a couple of months ago. We use libsyn like Phil.

We don't publicize the libsyn site much though, just use it for hosting the files and for the feed that goes into iTunes. I use a wordpress plugin to create a "listen" button to go along with the main sermon post on our blog page, and I use another flash plugin to let you play the sermons on our main web site using the libsyn hosted files (experimenting with both podcastpickle and big contact player.

I like libsyn because they archive everything, so we can have several years archived without using up all our server space.

We use lightcast media which is a great Christian company. www.lightcastmedia.com They have been great to work with and we have had great results. The quality is amazing and we have had a couple thousand people a week viewing so we have loved their distributed server network located all over the world. You can view samples on our website www.capitalchristian.com We have also built a search interface and a system for viewing the sermon notes while you watch the video. Let me know what you think.

We keep our audio on our hosted webserver (www.site5.com). We have 55gb of space and 5tb of bandwidth. We haven't even scratched the surface. We have our sermons on our website at http://my.stmattcpc.org/w_sermon.htm. We also have a feed that is used for iTunes and any other RSS/Podcast reader.
