Congregation View Doesn't Fill Screen

I'm doing my presentation for my cantata on my home computer which I am taking to my church for this purpose (because with Windows 7 Sunday Plus will play videos from CMN users but my church computer with XP won't - which I'm sure is some sort of simple fix but I can't make it work and don't have time to fix that this time around). BUT, my congregational view doesn't fill my screen (I can't use an extended desktop for other reasons I don't want to waste time going into now). Again, so I'm communicating the problem, when I control-1 to bring up the congregational view on my monitor (which is what they will see), it only fills up the center part with about 3' margin all the way around the image so that they would see the desktop background. Anyone know how to quickly fix this without going through a bunch of hoops. I've toyed with the display properties under the preferences menu, but it doesn't seem to change a thing. Thanks for the help!!

So your saying that you're display/image expands to cover everything except for 3 inches around the edge and because it is not fully screen the congregation can see your desktop icons and desktop background around the edges?

What's the resolution you have set for the secondary monitor? Is it the native resolution of the projector?

So, you're running in screen clone mode, rather than expanded desktop mode?

I'd download a demo of EW/MS/SSP/PP and run that on Christmas eve.

Or could you try something free, like ScreenMonkey?

Of course a lot depends on why you are in clone mode rather than expanded desktop. If that's a PC thing rather than a SP thing, then these options are invalid.

hide your icons and make your desktop background black.
It's quick, clean and will work in the short term.

That last solution will work, but for future viewers of this thread, Sunday Plus will only fill the screen at 1024x768 resolution or one of three other resolutions set in "prefs". Any larger resolution will behave like the OP stated. I no longer use it much, but still know all of the tricks for that program.
