Videos from here won't work in Sunday Plus

Any idea why not? It's not just one video, NONE of them will work. I'm trying to use 3widehills by Gene: http://www.churchmedia.net/MXC/showp...=23798&cat=fav

Is it just Sunday Plus? We also have MediaShout, but we don't have two video cards yet, so we aren't up and running with it. They work there, just not in Sunday Plus.

Have you tried playing them in Window Media Player to see what happens?

Try setting your Quicktime player to Safe mode in preferences. That resolves some issues with SP videos. Also what is the format of the videos. You may need to check the tutorial to see which ones play. Been a while since I have used SP now use MS myself

Sunday Plus will not play a lot of the video files from here. The program prefers Quicktime format, .mov, files. The biggest problem is when Sundy Plus increases the resolution of the video to fill the screen, there is a lot of jumping and out of sync audio.

The basic rule is if it will not play in QT player it will not play in Sunday Plus. The video playback in Sunday Plus is the QT engine and nothing else. Cloud would play anything out there but we all know what has not happened there.

As for resolution in the Win 7 64 bit OS, SP playback 740 X 480 29.9 frames per second flawlessly (DV settings). I used Ulead Videostudio to convert all of the videos into an MP4 format, would drag and drop the video into the video bin and play away.

I used SP to play the video tracks for a musical that the MoM did.

I ripped it from the DVD, converted, and played it back. Smooth as silk and not a single noticeable dropped frame or messed up sound track.

If I had not been asked by the new minister for WEB and DVD playback for some material, we would be still using SP, but have gone onto Media Shout.

If you need any further help, let me know. I am an Old Dude, and things fade, but I think I can still remember what I did a couple of months ago or look at notes.

PS.

Thanks for the link, had not gone over to the video section, I found a couple of clips that I can use.
