freepath problems

I am trying freepath and having trouble, thought one of you computer whizzes could help out.

When I place any kind of video in freepath it skips and stutters.
This also happens in screen monkey. but if you play the video in media player they will play fine. I think it is the .net stuff as it is used in both, but I really have no clue.

Or screen monkey since it is a problem in both, but they might want to know about it.

I think I have it narrowed down to the sis m760 onboard video card. Freepath plays the video great until you go dual screen. This is a cheap video card for what I understand.
