| Sunday Plus Problem My support question: We use Sunday Plus, I have downloaded several video clips, some work fine, others do not even show on the SP lists, if I go to Windows Explorer they appear on that list, but not in the SP. What am I doing wrong????? Peggy Boccuzzi, Belen NM ![]() |

| What format are the ones that don't show up?

| Sunday Plus only shows videos that will play in the Quicktime player. However, be careful with those videos. If Quicktime needs to expand the size of the video to fit the screen, there is an excellent chance the video and audio will be out of sync, sometimes by several seconds.

| I know most of you have probably already learned this, but, I just found a work-around for video problems in Sunday Plus. My church has been plagued with problems showing video clips through SP. Most of the videos are badly pixelated (regardless of the resolution) and usually the audio and video are out of sync. I saw a thread on CMN talking about Screen Monkey and decided to give it a try this week. It worked like a charm. SP continues to run in the background while the video plays over it with no problems. Screen Monkey does not run Quicktime files, but it was easy enough to convert the file to another format. Best of all, it is free! Hopefully this can help some of us that like a lot of the features of SP but have problems with the video issue. Screen Monkey will also let you cue up and play DVD clips through the computer as well. |
