h264 Support

bought the license for H264 support.

I was hoping this would give me access to .mov files.

Didn't happen - did I do something wrong, or is the H264 support serve another purpose?

h264 is a codec, if you're playing .mov files, do you have QuickTime installed?

For SSP, you need to get an H.264 codec. Apple won't share thiers in quicktime. You can purchase one from gofishmedia.net which is guaranteed to work with SSP, or you can download the K-Lite codec pack (you'll have to search for that), which is not offically supported by R-Technics, but works for a lot of us.

then you need to go into the settings and tell it to show the MOV and MP4 suffixes. I can't remember where that is. But if you can't find it, pop over to the SSPlash forums, someone should be able to point you in the right direction.

Here's a thread that, if you read through it, will point you to some of the video and audio settings.
