iPad App: SongShow Plus Control

R-Technics is pleased to announce the availability of the new SongShow Plus Control iPad app. This app provides functions for letting you remote control your SongShow Plus machines. With this app, you have easy access to the current SongShow Plus program, tools dedicated to searching for and presenting songs, stage monitor, Background Improv, Color Improv, remote control toolbar for navigating, muting, playing, and rewinding media.

The features are similar to those provided through the SongShow Plus mobile interface, but with the enhanced conveniences of a native application such as automatic detection of SongShow Plus machines, tabbed interface for easier access to songs, and a fixed position toolbar for remote control. You can free yourself from sitting behind a desktop computer while still controlling the media for a service. Take it on the platform with you if you're shorthanded or if you would like to have some control over operations while leading.

Using this app requires SongShow Plus November 2011 Edition with a Professional Level license on your projection machine and iOS 4.3 or later on your iPad. Also, your projection machine will need to be accessible through your local area network via a wireless hotspot. I use this.... it works pretty well....

I can control the backgrounds/colors from the lighting position.
