I'm new here...

Hello, I'm new here. My purpose for joining this forum is the pursuit of truth. I'm a father of 3 sons, married for almost 15 years now, and i enjoy life. I have spent a lot of my time searching through history and etymology to find truth hidden in the open. Most of these truths are very hard to understand, because of this, it is good to know the perspective of others. Some ideas come from what is taught, some from what is presumed and others from what is found through experience... testimony. I enjoy reading and understanding the testimony of others.
I have read and studied the bible for a long time now, I have read it in-context, not verse to verse, I understand a great deal of it, but the things I do not understand is what i search for. In this age of Internet, there is an immense amount of knowledge ready to be searched out. I hope to find answers to questions that puzzle me, and I look forward to reading the experiences of others. Sorry, just realized I never mentioned i am an entertainer of 20 years, I'm a musician. I also write and record music, i have a gift to be able to put messages into understandable verse. I work through BMI, not ASCAP... so if there are any people looking to collaborate, please keep that in mind. ( its difficult to collaborate through the 2 entities)
