Fog Chiller I would like to be able to make low lying fog by using a regular chemical fog machine. I have heard that you can take a large cooler, put the fog throught it (acts as a chiller), and it will create the fog as if it were being made from dry ice or liquid nitrogen. Does anyone know how to make this device? I come from a lighting and touring background, and I know how to do this by building dry ice barrels, or using LN2 tanks, but the church I am doing a show for has a low budget, and they already own a fog machine, so I was wanting to try and use existing equipment.

I've done this, it's quite easy. I used the basic design at http://www.gotfog.com/fog_machine_chiller2.html Inexpensive and effective.

Also I took that design and went kit compact I used pvc and made basically a fork with four outputs with one imput and filled it with cubes of dry ice. Also I put a screen over the outputs to keep th cubes in place. I preferred this to the cooler as it is more compact and less noticeable Hope this helps
