| It should be a snap to just apply a different template. Our projectionist does that on the fly with Bible verses depending on if we're slide-only (verse centered vertically and horizontally) or if we're IMAG with verses in lower thirds. She says it's just a couple of clicks.

| Just for comparison, in SSP, you'd set up the playlist (SSPROG) for one service, then insert a Display Properties item at the beginning of the SSPROG and edit the verse order for the next service and save as a different ssprog. Lather, rinse, repeat for all 4 services. ![]()

The other, less desirable, option is to use two different programs since the primary service I would us it for is in a different room on our campus. I love the "Mac-ness" of PP4. |

| Having used both softwares i have to say i still slightly prefer SSP. Currently the church i'm at uses PP on Macs and growing number of Windows Computers. PP is currently investing alot of money into the Windows side of things to play catch up with the demograph they didn't think existed. I'm going to hang out for a while longer to see how things play out. As far as your concern about formatting. Petereit is dead on. crt

| As Mark suggested, templates would be the way to go for formatting, But for the issue of different leaders singing in different orders, I'm not sure there's a way to make the slides stay in a different order for different playlists. Though what I do is, in the notes section for each song, I type the worship leader's name and the order they sing the song. So at the top of each song, it shows something like this: John: 1 2.3.4 5 3.6 6 3...3 HUNTER: 1 2.3 3.4 5 4 5 3.6 6 3...3 Each number refers to a slide. I hope this makes sense. Something else worth looking into is having separate libraries. You can access those settings in the general settings pane. I have never really used this feature so I'm not sure how it works. Might be worth a shot though. Nate |

| It also works well in ProPresenter to assign keyboard shortcuts to slides in your song. So if the worship leader decides to repeat the chorus, just hit C. Back to the verse? Just hit V.
