PP4 W/ alpha video not smooth

Is anyone using propresenter with the alpha module and decklink extreme 3d on a 4core mac (current generation). We are having issues with the decklink output. The video is not smooth. Is anyone else having problems with this setup?

Email your system profile as well as screenshots of all tabs of the Blackmagic system preferences as well as all tabs in Pro4 preferences to . Use "Stuttering Alpha Keyer playback from Decklink card (Clarification Requested)" as the subject, include this thread URL in the body of your message, and let them know that you are experiencing the exact same issue.

(Unless you created that thread on the Renewed Vision forum, in which case you've probably already done all this so...nevermind!)

we have been working on this with renewed vision for about 3 or 4 weeks. they just sent me a fix to try that i will give a shot after my service tonight. did you have the same issue?
