Tennessee flooding

I have worked for a small company in Nashville, TN for around 18 years and my wife has worked with me for around 15 years. I got a call from my boss on Sunday informing me that our business got flooded out. There was 4ft of water or more in the office area. Everything is drenched. I've not been on site yet but from what I've been told, it is a total lose. We will be out of work for a while. At this point, I don't know for sure if we are going to try to rebuild. The company has been going through some tough times for the last year or two. God means for things to work out for the good of those who know and love Him but it is tough to not be a bit concerned. We have to put our trust in Him, it's all in His hands.

This whole situation is surreal; there is so much devastation here in the middle TN area. There are areas in my home town where there are no roads today where there were roads Saturday. Thousands of people are displaced from there homes in the Davidson Co. area. Please pray for my family but also pray for all of the people here in TN that has been affected by this historic flood.

Yes! Definitely praying. I have a lot of family living in Nashville and the surrounding areas. Praise God none of them lost homes but all of them were affected in some way or another with friends and family losing homes and being displaced from their jobs. Our God is bigger than any of this.
