Movie file in powerpoint

I have inserted a movie file in my powerpoint. The computer is hooked up to 2 flat screens in our narthex. The movie plays fine (looping) on the computer monitor and is set to loop continuously. On the flat screens in the lobby the movie file plays through once and stops although it is looping on the computer monitor. I've checked all my settings but it all seems to be set up correctly. Any advice?

Have you been able to do this before and it worked, or is it the first time you have tried this?

If it worked before, have any changes to any of the systems been made since it last worked?

If not, what do you have to do in order to see it on the flatscreens again? Reboot? Shut down and restart Powerpoint? Shut down and restart the flatscreens?
