simple guest book/message board

I'm looking for a very simple guest book/message board where visitors can leave their comments on a website. The simpler the better. All I'm looking for is for people to leave their name and a few comments, and be able to read other's comments.

I would like to have it added to an existing page on my site, so it has all the look and feel of the other pages on my site and the same navigation options. Are there any free scripts out there that I can copy and paste into one of my web pages? (like a form that posts)

I'm using dreamweaver CS3 and my hosting company supports php.

In today's world I don't think there is anysuch thing as a simple guest book. If you don't have some type of validation program you'll all kinds of garbage signing in.
If you do find one, let us all know about it.
