Easy Podcasting

As I have mentioned I am moving next month and I'm going to be training someone to take over my duties. One of which is getting the sermon to the website. What I'm doing now works for me but I've realized that it may be too complicated for someone who has never had any experience in websites or FTP. Can anyone suggest a very simple way of getting sermon audio online? It can be a free online service (actually I would prefer that) and it doesn't have to match the look of our current website. The main goal is that it would be easy for a novice. (Think of training your grandma who has never used a computer before) No my replacement isn't my grandma but might as well be LOL

I've seen libsyn mentioned several times. Would that be considered easy for a novice to use?

I have a couple churches that use libsyn (www.libsyn.com) it is cheap and they have a sandbox you can play in to test it out.
